Abstract

Chinese violin performance largely inherits the traditions of Western violin playing. However, through the convergence and integration of Chinese traditional culture, national instrumental music performance, and folk music styles, it has gradually formed its own unique musical language and performing art. With frequent artistic and cultural exchanges and interactions between China and other countries, Chinese violin performance art has been increasingly accepted globally and has secured its place in the world. Based on extensive historical research and theoretical analysis by predecessors, this paper explores the technical characteristics of Chinese violin performance and refines its artistic features through practical experience, teaching insights, and interpretive analysis of relevant musical works.
