Abstract

This study conducted relevant physical strength tests on 101 young rhythmic gymnasts aged 8-14 in Sichuan Province, covering upper limb strength, trunk strength, and lower limb strength. The collected data were integrated using mathematical statistics and analyzed logically to reveal the characteristics of strength training for rhythmic gymnasts aged 8-14, as well as the development features of static and dynamic strength at different age stages. The findings provide suggestions for improving the physical strength training of young rhythmic gymnasts in Sichuan Province.
