Abstract
Based on years of experience in marathon events, this study examines the impact of color on marathon runners from the perspectives of color science, sports physiology, and sports psychology. It aims to help coaches and athletes scientifically enhance the positive role of color in marathon sports, stimulate the athletes' potential, and improve their performance.
