Abstract
Ankle injuries in basketball elective classes are one of the most critical sports injuries in basketball activities. This paper analyzes ankle injuries in basketball from the perspectives of biomechanics and human anatomy, investigates their specific causes, implements emergency treatment, and proposes scientific and effective methods for the rehabilitation training of ankle injuries, in order to better serve college students who are basketball enthusiasts.
