Abstract
Titles of figures and tables in scientific papers are characterized by self-evidence and conciseness. Based on the standards for editing and processing titles of figures and tables, this paper categorizes common issues with titles that do not meet the standards in scientific papers and selects typical examples. It points out problems such as missing modifiers and redundant references in the titles of figures and tables, and provides the correct forms of expression for them.
