Abstract
A healthy lifestyle provides adolescents with physiological support for mental health, helps maintain stable mindsets and positive psychological functioning, and facilitates the building of sound interpersonal environments as well as the development of a well-integrated personality. Therefore, society, schools, and families should guide adolescents toward positive and healthy living habits, create an enabling atmosphere for cultivating healthy lifestyles, promote the formation of sound behavioral norms, and strengthen psychological counseling and individualized guidance, so as to foster adolescent mental health.
