Abstract
The questionnaire was administered in middle schools and data from 944 valid participants were obtained, randomly divided into two parts. Sample one (N=472) was used for exploratory factor analysis, and sample two (N=472) was used for confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicated that the Adolescent Personal Growth Proactivity Questionnaire consists of 24 items, which are categorized into five factors: Growth Internality, Growth Autonomy, Growth Self-Determination, Growth Seeking, and Growth Externality. The questionnaire demonstrated good reliability and validity.
